- Control systems for articulated buses
In all driving situations, the articulated bus control system must ensure safe vehicle operation. Articulated control units are subject to approval and the specifications of the German Federal Motor Vehicle Authority (KBA). The control units must also meet special requirements in terms of service life, reliability and protection against external influences – requirements that we took into account at an early stage in the design process.
The articulated bus control units are installed by many bus manufacturers worldwide in their vehicles. - Measurement technology for vehicle testing
We produce compact measurement modules in protection class IP67 with measurement inputs for analog values such as temperature, voltage, current and frequency for the market leader.
Our service starts with consulting for series production and includes the complete material procurement and production of the measuring devices. After successful quality inspection, software adjustment, firmware download and various climate tests, the measuring devices are integrated into the respective measuring systems without further customer testing.
These measuring devices are used by all well-known automobile manufacturers for vehicle testing. Depending on the testing phase (summer/winter), the environmental conditions are in the limit ranges for electronic components. - Data logger for vehicle testing
If analog values are measured, they must be recorded, processed, stored and forwarded. This requires complex data loggers in a very compact design, which must function reliably even under environmental conditions at the limits. After the data loggers have been set up, extensive testing processes follow under simulated environmental conditions.
