Many of our customers rely on our expertise in the design, manufacture and documentation of control cabinets according to UL.
The UL standard UL508a is the basis for the approval of control cabinets in the USA and Canada. We at E.P. are registered with UL and can design, manufacture and document your control system according to UL508a.
In addition, we can already mark controllers designed and manufactured by us here in Germany with a UL label. This offers our customers the advantages:
- short distances and significantly lower costs with UL certification in Germany
- the cost-intensive individual certification of switchgear is no longer necessary
- UL-compliant planning, production and documentation also as proof of competence for North American customers
- considerably simplified procedure for testing in the USA
These advantages apply to both individual and series control systems.
